Urban rail transit is a systematic project that involves many professional fields, needs advanced equipment technologies and requires high safety in carrying passengers. The integrated system test refers to the joint debugging in various devices and systems. Based on debugging all sub-systems well, it starts the various sub-systems and makes them run with load in the similar operating conditions. In this way, the connection relationship among various sub-systems can be checked. Moreover, it can be determined that whether the performances can reach design requirements, whether the movement is coordinating and whether it can satisfy the expected situations may occur and operational requirements as designed so as to test the usability, stability and safety of the large system operation for urban rail transit.Integrated system test is an important part in the service life circle of urban rail transit and a crucial link between construction and operation, the interface management is the working core and key part in integrated system test. Combined with the working practice, this paper focally investigates the static interfaces and dynamic interfaces in the integrated system test process and systematically analyzes, evaluates and optimizes the above mentioned interfaces and their effectiveness with advanced theoretical methods so as to lay a firm base for realizing the smooth installation, debugging and inspection of electromechanical devices in the urban rail transit system under the information and network conditions.This paper first combines the project features of the integrated system test in urban rail transit, then combs, defines and classifies the interface management in integrated system test, and expounds the significance and importance of the interface management in integrated system test. According to the production effectiveness theory, it defines the effectiveness of interface management in the integrated system test of urban rail transit, analyzes the influencing factors in the effectiveness of interface management in the integrated system test and builds evaluation model for the effectiveness of interface management based on the above analysis and principles of shell theory. In the meantime, according to the models, designed evaluation systems and questionnaires, this paper selects two subway companies in different stages of integrated system test for empirical research, analyzes the evaluation results and points out the deficiencies in the interface management in the urban rail transit. Finally, targeted for the problems in the interface management of integrated system test for urban rail transit, this paper builds the important model for static interfaces so that the limited management resources can be invested in the key interfaces. It also proposes to utilize WBS matrix technology to define the authority-responsibility relationships of parties in dynamic interface management and preliminarily construct the virtual organization for the interface management of the integrated system test so as to realize the in-depth optimization in the effectiveness of interface management.
