China’s high-speed railway operation mileage has reached the first in the world.With the continuous deepening of China’s high-speed railway construction and the further intensive extension of the high-speed railway network with the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" layout as the main vein,the center of the line network node,that is,the hub station,needs to be expanded and reconstructed with the development of the new line.At present,the test work of train control system for the expansion and reconstruction of hub station is still huge and affected by many factors: hub station is different from the new station,which has increasingly heavy transportation task,the field test conditions are limited and the skylight time is short,so it is difficult to ensure the test quality of the project.In addition,the hub station is mostly the center station of a line,with a large number of signal equipment and complex and heavy test work.The field test work of the signal engineering train control system inevitably has a direct impact or potential harm on the related line transportation work of the hub station,and the contradiction between the two works is increasingly prominent.Radio Block Center(RBC)is one of the core equipment of CTCS-3Train Operation control system.The number of external interfaces is large and the function is very complex.The quality of its test will directly affect the safe operation of the train.Especially for RBC pull through test,because of the large number of test route combinations,the traditional manual test executor’s on-site insertion test is inefficient and difficult to ensure the quality,which affects the project acceptance of the hub.In view of the problems brought by the acceptance of the hub transformation project due to the shortcomings of the test technology of the train control system,this thesis studies and designs the interface simulation system of RBC test platform based on the actual needs of the project,and uses the automatic test of the platform to replace the manual field test,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of the acceptance test of the transformation of the signal engineering train control system,so as to effectively integrate To solve the problem between the expansion and reconstruction of the hub and the safe transportation.This thesis analyzes the structure and function of RBC test platform and the cooperation mechanism among the subsystems in the platform.On this basis,combined with the technical specification for radio block center interface of CTCS-3 Train Control System,the functional requirements of the interface simulation system are emphatically analyzed,and the UML modeling technology is used to respectively model and analyze the interface data processing and communication management of RBC and computer-based interlocking(CBI),temporary speed restriction server(TSRS),CTC,adjacent NRBC equipment.According to the technical specification of RBC interface and the related protocol of test platform,using QT integrated development environment and related method library,C + + language and UML modeling and analysis design,the thesis realizes the coding and decoding function and communication management function of the external interface data(CBI,TSRS,CTC,NRBC)of the interface simulation system.The interface simulation system in this thesis cooperates with other subsystems to build the RBC test platform in the laboratory environment.The real RBC equipment is tested by static interface test and dynamic test of CTCS-3 Train Control sports car.The results show that the logic and data of RBC function are correct,and the encoding and decoding function and communication management function of interface interactive data of interface simulation system are normal.The interface simulation system can meet the set requirements,and the test platform can test RBC comprehensively,which has practical value for the engineering test of hub transformation.
