| Recoil and shooting stability is an important research in automatic weapons development. In this paper, a new automaton model to improve the stability of shooting and reduce recoil that the power of the same case was researched.In this paper, the general scheme of a migration automatic was designed, the Parts was designed detailedly and created three-dimensional solid model in SolidWorks. Elaborated the dynamics theory of multi-body system, analysis the migration automatic machine load conditions,then in the environment of ADAMS the simulation was carried on. Through the simulation parameters on the influence of the automaton movement characteristics was studied. The automaton and migration style automatic machine prototype were to research shooting stability and recoil properties. Finally, discussed the basic theory of the elastic and plastic,cartridge-case and chamber system was established.Owing to these comprehensive considerations,the numerical results obtained in this paper represent the actual situations comparatively exactly, conducting key parts for the strength and stiffness analysis.Migration automatic machine program and simulation results have certain practical significance and reference value for the development of a new generation of automatic weapons. |
