This paper is based on the research and design in the automated pharmacy ofthe domestic pharmaceutical system. Automated pharmacy technology is thedevelopment direction of modern hospitals and large retail pharmacies. It has beenmore widely used in some developed countries which are better in the medical andhealth field, while rarely used in our country. However, the introduction of foreignproducts can not well adapt to the situation of the large patient and prescription. Sostudy on the automated pharmacy is of great significance. In this paper, theautomatic injection machine in automated pharmacy was designed, and relatedtheoretical studies were researched, mainly the following aspects:The automatic injection machine was designed. According to the marketresearch, the optimum program was selected. In consideration of the function,affordable and reliable factors, the structure was designed. In the use of Pro/E3Dsoftware, all parts were designed, such as the medicine shelf, the push-pull device,two guides, the driving shaft and driven shaft, the tensioner, rack and pedestal, theheat sink and thermal insulation layer, the cabinet shell, etc. Compared with theinjection machine on the market, this design has better characteristics of largereservoir, high drug dispensing speed, good dynamic performance of structure,perfect noise performance and be able to store conventional medicine and specialdrugs that need for cryopreservation.The driving form of dual vertical shafts with chain was adopted. All themedicine shelf was connected with the chains, and therefore the layout and motioncharacteristics of medicine shelf were related to the calculation and selection ofchain. A uncommon method of selection was provided in this paper. Also, thestructure and connection form of the transmission parts were described. Thecalculation and selection of the AC servo motor, and the deceleration machine wasdescribed.The medicine shelf is the key part. The dynamics modeling analysis andsimulation of the medicine shelf was given in the paper. The linear periodicalvibration system with five degrees of freedom and variable coefficients was modeled.The kinematics differential equation of system was listed. The vibratory response ofall degrees of freedom was evaluated through Runge-Kutta method. MATLAB software was used to find the numerical simulation result, which demonstrated theconsistency of vibration characteristics between the result and the typical linearperiodical system. The research results can be used to provide the reference forsimilar linear vibration analysis and control.The dynamic analysis of the rack is very important. In order to avoid theresonance that under the main vibration excitation, the ANSYS finite elementanalysis software was used to analyze the inherent frequencies and mode shapes ofthe rack. The results showed that the frequency range is outside of the resonanceregion, which provides a basis for the analysis of such dynamics.The shell of the injection machine is large thin-walled plates. It is connectedwith the rack. So the rack vibration will be passed to the shell, which can generatethe bending vibration and noise. The common vibration and noise reduction methodwas described, which is pasting damping materials on the board. Many comparisonsbetween the metal substrate and the pasted composite samples with three types ofdamping materials were given. The results showed that the environmental excitationfrequency and the thickness ratio of damping materials should be taken into accountto elect the most optimized solution.
