With the development of small weapon science, the impact problem between automatic mechanism of small caliber automatic weapons and the casing during the motion are slowly valuing up, the impact force decrease between the automatic mechanism and the casing not only can reduce the recoil force, in reducing the vibration of gun and improving shooting precision also has an important significance. In addition, some of the strength of the component is improved, and it is conducive to the weight reduction of firearms.Through three kinds of buffer solution(spring buffer, constant current liquid hole spring hydraulic buffer and variable flow liquid hole spring hydraulic buffer) to reduce the recoil velocity and the impact of automatic mechanism, with the recoil velocity being zero on minimum gas port as the design object, the three buffer was designed and the three-dimensional model of the buffer and the gun was established by the UG software, the simulation of automatic mechanism was respectively implemented on small, medium and large gas port by the ADAMS software, automatic mechanism motion data were gained; through simple human gun system simulation, the recoil force were obtained from three buffering schemes.By analyzing the simulation results of the three schemes, the following conclusions are drawn:Spring buffer has the advantages of simple structure and easy manufacture, however,with the requirement of satisfying the buffering, the size is too large.due to mechanical energy having no consumption, the initial counter recoil velocity of automatic mechanism is too large, lead to increasing the speed of automatic mechanism on the counter recoil position and impact force;With the requirement of satisfying the buffering, Compared to spring buffer, the constant current liquid hole spring hydraulic buffer'size decreased a lot. And due to the self regulatory function of hydraulic buffer on the speed, on the medium and large stomatal, buffering effect is more obvious than spring type;Variable flow liquid hole spring hydraulic buffers, in the retention of the advantages of constant liquid hole spring hydraulic buffer, the internal buffer force is more stable, the buffer resistance is more small, which is beneficial to the decrease of the structural size of the buffer and the mass.
