China has joined the WTO more than ten years; its pace to integrate into the worldeconomy is further accelerated, and has a prosperous market prospect. But at the sametime the challenges from the complicated and ever-changing market demand becomeincreasingly serious. Although the domestic manufacturing industry has high-techsupport and strong financial security, but on the whole, the comprehensive efficiency itcreate is at a low level. Confront with such an international and dynamic market, theSCM (Supply Chain Management) mode will be able to achieve the requirements ofrapid response and timely adjustment and optimize the production and operation process,which is the direction and trends of the development for domestic manufacturingenterprises.This paper based on the actual operation management of a certain medicalequipment manufacturing enterprise, focus on the two key links of the SCM (supplychain management), which are production scheduling and inventory control. Use PlantSimulation to establish the two kind of problems simulation model, through thesimulation analysis got corresponding optimization scheme. This paper mainly does thefollowing researches:(1) On the basis of manufacturing process characteristic analysis of the MRI todetermine the type of the scheduling problem and the method to describe it. The authorputs forward the mathematical model and the objective function of the schedulingproblem. Establish the hierarchy structure model of the scheduling problem by PlantSimulation, using the GA modules to solve the scheduling problem, get the optimizationsolution.(2) Analysis the inventory cost structure of the MRI, proposed the mathematicmodel of inventory control based on supply chain management. Link the procurementmanagement and inventory control together by define procurement costs, compare theinventory costs by select different suppliers and choose the cheaper one as partner. Onthis basis, summarizes the variable parameters that may affect inventory costs, using theexperimental design module in Plant Simulation through the factorial analysis obtain the degree that relevant factors influence the inventory costs, and get the optimal inventorycontrol parameters.(3) Research on the operation management mode basis on supply chain, theJIT(Just In Time) model were in-depth studied, expounds the operating mechanism ofthe Kanban control system. Established the Kanban control model of the MRI byKanban objects, the simulation results show that the use of Kanban tool greatly reducesthe level of WIP.
