Lintong Wanli Graveyard in Wanli Village, Xinfeng Town, Lintong District, Xi’an City is one of Qin People’s graveyards dated from Warring State Period to early Han Dynasty and even in use from last years of the Western Han Dynasty to the Eastern Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. In the thesis, bones of152human beings, unearthed from Wanli Graveyard between2009and2010, have been studied as per methodology of physical anthropology and analyzed from the perspective of racial anthropology. As the results are shown, residents there from Warring State Period to Qin Dynasty belong to Mongolian Race of the Asia. To be specific, the residents have the most similar characteristics with East Asian Type of Mongolians in Asia, second to which is South Asian Type. In addition, the residents have relatively similar characteristics with North Asian Type in the flatness of face.As the calculation with parts of Neolithic group is shown, Lintong Wanli Village Group has the closest relation with Yangshao Combined Group regarding all items, followed by Miaodigou Group and Taosi Group, and has the least relation with Liuwan Combined Group and the Western Xiahou Group. As the calculation with parts of Bronze Age and Iron Age Group is shown, Lintong Wanli Village Group has the closest relation with Wayaogou Group, Tianmaqu Village Group and Lintong Xinfeng Group, followed by Ziwei Group, and has the least relation with the3rd Middle-and-little Tomb Group in Yin Dynasty Ruins, Xicunzhou Group and Taojiazhai Group. Therefore, residents of Lintong Wanli living from Warring State Period to Qin Dynasty should belong to ancient central plain type of early Qin Dynasty. The study of the residents from the perspective of physical anthropology supports the study of graveyard archeological culture in the aspect of archeology, adds racial source data for Qin People and enriches research data of ancient residents in Shaanxi region.
