Study On The Effect Of Psychological Training To The Mental Health And "Three Violations" Of Electrical Staff

All enterprises including power grid enterprises expect and rely on safety, instrengthening enterprise safety production management, all of the businesses andindustries are rack one’s brains, has taken many measures, but in the process ofimplementation, there are not just as one wishes. Psychological behavior training is theenterprise safety management training, a new method, through experience andpromotion way, to inspire people’s psychological needsl, improve staff of its own in theproduction process safety desire and demand, promote its to produce new knowledge, totake the initiative to improve the operation process in the safe production consciousnessand action, is the enterprise safety management training to new hope.The work of electrical staff has continuity and high risk features, they get mentalstress and “Three Violations” is everywhere. The purpose of this study is to investigatethe psychological behavior training on the mental health and the power supply worker"Three-violations" status effects,In our search experimental method and questionnaire areused, we train180Electrical Staffs by Psychological Training, and make a questionnaireto them, To explore the effect of Psychological Training to the mental health and “threeviolations” of electrical staff. The results revealed that:(1)After Psychological Training, the mental health and “three violations” ofelectrical staff were further adjusted.Specifically, the experimental group subjects than in the control group in theoverall level of mental health, anxiety, hostility, compulsive, interpersonal aspects ofmental health was significantly alleviated, in mind, attitude and a comparison to thementality is significantly reduced; the experimental group employees in attending thepsychological behavior training, compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety has beenextremely hostile and alleviate significantly, in terms of mental health has beensignificantly improved, more do not agree with " three violations of the rules"," threeviolations of the rules" can decrease the incidence rate of.(2)Psychological Training is an efficient way to the electrical staff who has poorrelationship, under50ages,and already1-10work experience.(3) Electrical staff has low mental health and more “three violations”.(4)The mental health and “three violations” of electrical staff are negativecorrelated.The lower mental health of electrical staff has the more “three violations”.
