Comic art is a form observed in reality and description of society,with the public artform.With the continupus development of society progress, comic graduallydeveloped for the expression of individual psychological experience of works formthe public performance of social reality. Recession of the publicness has a compositeprocess with historical and cultural and science. This paper focuses on a survey ofcontemporary Chinese comics both public to analyze the specific reasons in thepublic recession investigation.Comice of public and individual relates are relationshipto art,communication,sociology,history and other aspects of the problem,it is aninevitable cultural phenomenon of contemporary social development and is also thenecessary elements of the contemporary comic sustainable development.Comic art’spublicness recession with social development does not lost the essence spirit,instead,explore a wide range of social perspective-embracing "a new national style"contemporary comics prabably are creating a new culture,form a new comic essence.With the continuous improvement of the socialmaterial and spiritual civilization, thepublic alsohave higher requirements on comic art.This is the request madeby the public andsocialcartoonist, to improve the quality of cartoonists, topromote the comic concerned about public socialreality, appropriate and urgent.The paper researth a questionnaire survey, Collection of case data,statistical integration,specific statistical analysis method to analyze thesurvey results.caused by the public the resaons of the decline,and put forward some suggestions andcomments form various interpretation.It has a positive and tealistic significance forthe development of contempoprary.
