This article aims to explore the nature of ethnic identity through the formation, development and evolution of Fuzhou garrison naval flag camp. Language of the historical literature to explore the local first-hand information, combined with the kind of information of the archaeological heritage, ethnic consciousness, ethnic identity, ethnic relations point of view as the starting point to explore the Fuzhou garrison naval flag camp set up to development and evolution of history and culture of this period of the Revolution, hoping to reveal the reason the Fuzhou stationed naval flag of the camp to keep the Manchu ethnic characteristics and their survival through the comb of the historical period, and then hope that through the Qing Dynasty, Fuzhou stationed Han navy flag camp case study to enhance awareness and understanding of the Eight Banners Garrison system and how to look at from the perspective of local ethnic consciousness, identity, maintain, and the relationship between ethnic groups.
