Mental health has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars and difficult issuesaffecting mental health are complex, the mental health of college students in recent yearsincreasingly become the university’s outstanding problems, and growing importance of collegesand universities, and to seek solutions to the problem.In this study, first results of previous research to sort out at home and abroad, on the basis ofthe existing research questions. Then using the Chinese Mental Health Scale, AchievementMotivation Scale, general self-efficacy scale and the interpersonal skills scale of AnhuiUniversity, Business School, Ma On Shan College, Nanjing Normal University, NanjingUniversity of Finance and the Nanjing Institute of Politics random sample of800studentsconducted a questionnaire survey and the use of SPSS for windows17.0and AMOS4.0statistical software for processing and analysis, to explore the mental health and achievementmotivation, general self-efficacy, the relationship between interpersonal skills, the followingconclusions:1. Students more serious psychological problems was16.8%; Overall, the mental healthcategory in the year and students have significant differences, a senior student was significantlyworse than the freshman and sophomore students, undergraduate college students significantlyworse than that; Factor from the point of view of mental health, boys in the dependent factor issignificantly lower than girls, there is no other factor significantly different; Students in differentgrades of somatization, depression, low self-esteem, social attacks, social withdrawal,psychological disorders, paranoia and psychosis and other factors tend to have significantdifferences, other factors not significantly different; Undergraduates and junior college studentsin self-esteem, social attacks, social withdrawal, psychological disorder, paranoia and psychosistend factors have significant differences, other factors there is no significant difference; Childsocial aggressive factors was significantly stronger in non-child, other factors there was nosignificant difference; Urban students social withdrawal was significantly lower than ruralstudents, on the other factors there was no significant difference.2. In terms of gender, male and female students in the pursuit of achievement motivation,achievement motivation and self-efficacy has a significant difference, and in the motivation toavoid failure on interpersonal skills and no significant difference.3. In the year, different grades of students in achievement motivation and intention ofcontacts on sexual orientation have a significant difference in achievement motivation factor,self-efficacy and interpersonal skills and the other three factors there is no significant difference.4. In professional, science and engineering students with literature and history classes inself-efficacy and social withdrawal orientation factor has a significant difference, and achievement motivation and interpersonal skills and the other three factors there is nosignificant difference.5. In the student category, the undergraduate and junior college students in achievementmotivation, self-efficacy and interpersonal skills there is no significant difference.6. On whether child, the child and non-child in the achievement motivation, self-efficacy andinterpersonal skills there is no significant difference.7. In terms of student, urban and rural students in self-efficacy and cognitive factors on theorientation and evaluation of significant differences in achievement motivation andinterpersonal skills and the other three factors there is no significant difference.8. Mental health and achievement motivation, self-efficacy and interpersonal skills to close.Mental Health and with the motivation to avoid failure was significantly positively correlatedwith the pursuit of achievement motivation, self-efficacy, interpersonal skills showed asignificant negative correlation.9. Mental health effects of the multiple regression analysis of factors found, interpersonalskills, avoiding failure and grade, these three variables on psychological health has a significantpredictor of their joint explained variance of0.189.10. Achievement motivation, general self-efficacy, interpersonal skills are with a certaindegree of mental health predictors. Motive to avoid failure and interpersonal skills can predictmental health; General self-efficacy and motivation to succeed by acting indirectly on theinterpersonal skills predict mental health.Finally, according to the studies conclusions, recommendations.
