With a long-term development, the meaning of Chinese verb "da" is gradually enriched. On the study of polysemous verb "da", previous or current scholars usually analyze the word’s character pattern, pronunciation and especially its meaning by diachronic evolution or synchronic corpus and their study has not combined the errors produced by the learner who use Chinese as a second language to study the characteristics of the verb "da" and its influence in order to boot teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Based on large-scale corpus and questionnaire, combined with the outline of teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCFL) vocabulary and the book The Road to Success and Course of Chinese and according to the ontology research achievements of the verb "da", this paper analyze the errors produced by the learners and its causes during the progress of TCFL and implement the theoretical knowledge to the the TCFL practice to find the teaching strategies of the verb "da".The body of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze current research of the verb "da", determine the object of study and research emphasis and explain the steps of this paper。2. On the basis of investigation in the meaning of the verb "da" in Modern Chinese Dictionary, Modern Chinese Standard Dictionary and Modern Chinese800word, sum up its meaning of the word by comparison. Study the verb "da" semantically, obtain the extended way.3.Sum up the meaning of the verb "da" in HSK level with Chinese characters in the outline(The Contemporary), The Road to Success and Course of Chinese,compare the integrated use case of each meaning of the verb "da" via corpus and questionnaire and simply analyze the utilization rate of each meaning of the word. Retrieve Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic composition corpus, combine the errors corpus with the questionnaire to conclude the errors and analyze the type and causes of errors.4. On current TCFL, we can find that though focused on grammar teaching, discuss the teaching strategies with the research achievements of errors analysis.On the basis of previous research, this paper analyzes the errors produced by the learners who use Chinese as a second language to make some contribution to ontology research of the verb "da", the theory and teaching of TCFL...
