Study On Dongguozhengyun

Dong Guo Zheng Yun (a rhythm dictionary in Korea), which is written by the research scholars under orders, is the first rhythm dictionary since the South Korea has its own character. It has certain status in the history of Korean and is the important material for studying the pronunciations of Korean characters. In addition, as this book has been finished during the process of codifying Yun Hui by Zhoushu Shen, it is influenced by Chinese rhythm books to a certain extent and has great significance to study the development and evolution in Chinese phonology. This paper will begin with the compiling system of Dong Guo Zheng Yun and study the relationship between this book and Gu Jin Yun Hui Ju Yao, and then sum up the characteristics of the phonetics of Chinese Tong.There are four parts in this paper;Chapter one:Introduction. The significance of choosing this topic, research status, method and basis are included in this chapter.Chapter Two:Phonetic system in Dong Guo Zheng Yun. There are five parts in this chapter:First, background information of writing this dictionary and the situation of its versions; Second, introduction of the system of Dong Guo Zheng Yun. Third, analysis and research of the initial system in Dong Guo Zheng Yun. Fourth, analysis and research of the rhyme system in Dong Guo Zheng Yun. Finally, analysis and research of the tonology system in Dong Guo Zheng Yun.Chapter Three:Comparative research on Dong Guo Zheng Yun and Gu Jin Yun Hui Ju Yao. This chapter contains three parts-brief introduction of Gu Jin Yun Hui Ju Yao; introduction of the phonetic system in Gu Jin Yun Hui Ju Yao; comparative research on Dong Guo Zheng Yun and Gu Jin Yun Hui Ju Yao.Chapter Four:The position of Dong Guo Zheng Yun in the history of phonology. This part summarizes the achievement, influence and shortage of Dong Guo Zheng Yun.
