Career maturity is individual should make its professional to thedevelopment of career choice ability and career decision-makingability, is a personal career goals each of preparing state. TheVocational school students is at the stage of explorative inprofessional development,Also is important stage to explore therelationship among self, self development. Ego identity and familybreeding way has an important effect on the development of therelationship among career maturity. This study takes vocationalschool students as the research object, to explore the relationshipamong self-identity, family bringing way and career maturity. Thestudy is not only provide date and theory practice for psychologicalworkers, but also better guide for practical work.This study measures the relationship among self-identity, familybringing way and career maturity in vocational school students usingego identity state standard questionnaire revised by wang shu qing,the way of parents raise questionnaire revised by yang hong jun , zhoushi jie and Career Maturity Inventory revised by zhang zhi yong. And byusing EXCEL and SPSS for analysis, the results show that:(1) The entire leave of ego identity is not good enough. There aresignificant gender differences in Diffusion dimensions. Diffusiondimension; Early close dimension, delay dimension and get dimension has a significant grade differences; Diffusion dimensions havesignificant students nationality difference; Diffusion dimensions andget dimension have significant family economic conditionsdifferences.(2) There are significant gender differences in mother controldimension control; Mother care, mother encouraged support, mothercontrol and father control have significant grade differences; Mothercare, mother control and father control have significant majordifferences; There are significant nationality differences in motherencouraged support, mother control and father control; There aresignificant father culture level differences in the father love dimension;There are significant Mother culture level differences in the mothercaring, mother encouraged support and mother dimension; Father’soccupation has significant differences in the father encouragesupport dimensions; Mother’s professional has significant differencesin mother’s control factors in mother differences; Mother care, motherencouraged support, mother control and father support fourdimensions exist on a family finances differences.(3) There are significant gender differences in professionalautonomy and professional reference; In career maturity, there are nosignificant differences in grade and major; In the professionalconfidence, the career value, career independent have significantstudent nationalities difference; Career goal, career value and careerreference have significant family economic conditions differences.(4) Diffusion dimension has significantly negative correlationwith career reference; achievement Dimension has positivecorrelative with career confidence and career value; mother carehas positive correlative with career confidence.Mother love hassignificantly positive correlation with career confidence; mother encouraged and support dimension have positive correlation withcareer value; mother control has negative correlation with careervalue; father love is significantly negatively correlated with rely onfriends and family; father encourage support positively correlatedwith career goal; father control, mother control is negatively relatedto each dimension of ego identity.Early closed state has positively correlation with mother controland father control, but negative correlation with mother love; Egoidentity status of delay dimension has positively related to mothercare and father love, but negatively related to mother control. Thegetting state dimension has positively correlation with mother care,father love.(5) Through to the relationship among ego identity dimensions,family upbringing dimensions and career maturity by using multipleregression analysis, the result show that the get state and delay tstate have good prediction function on career maturity.
