Chinese language has encountered unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the process of globalization. It is one of the effective ways for Chinese culture to construct a harmonious, fair international cultural relationships with other countries. This study makes a close analysis of the role of cultural elements in teaching Chinese as a second language and makes clear the goals as well as the limitations of Chinese culture teaching in the new period. New ways to strengthen Chinese-foreign cooperation must be found for Chinese culture teaching, as one of the important means of cultural communication. This study tries to explore a sustainable development way for Chinese culture teaching by providing some teaching strategies combined with the principle of development in the new period and the special skills of teachers. |
