It is the most vigorous and promising sunrise industry that is heavily favored by the countries of the world, especially by economically developed countries. Many countries have set the cultural economy as a strategic goal, likewise, it is become an important aspect of competition in comprehensive national strength. Along with our country socialist market economy system perfecting, the market is increasingly playing a basic role in allocating resources, which is indispensable for the growth and prosperity of cultural industries. Markets in culture industry development to play an active role, must want to have the perfect market system. Regarding the cultivation of the cultural industry as the research object, this paper analyzes the market system of cultural industry in training environment, principles and strategies, aiming at fostering and improving the market system of development as well as providing theoretical guidance for the flourishing of cultural industries.On the basis of comprehensive analyses of domestic and international existing literatures about cultural industries market, this paper, according to theories of market structure and combining with the concept and connotation of cultural industries, surveys the cultural industry market system from five aspects: the market entities, the market objects, factor markets, the temporal dimension of cultural industries, the spatial dimension of cultural industries. Meanwhile, their concepts and characteristics are illustrated systematically separately. And then, this paper systematically analyzes the cultivation of the market system’s entity, object, factor, time, space from three aspects, that is, the cultivating environment, cultivating principles and cultivating strategy. Based on the above analyses, the paper further analyzes market situation and problems of China’s cultural industry. This paper main conclusions: our cultural industry, less competitive market subjects to cultural enterprises and institutions of property right system reform. Market object technology content is low, low degree of intensification, should use the modern concept and modern science and technology and modern management mode reform and improve its market object technology content and the knowledge content.
