For the teaching of Chinese, no matter in target language environment, or innon-target language environment, teaching content is similar in nature. However, innon-target language environment, the use of textbooks written for Chinese learners intarget language environment caused many problems which can’t be ignored. It needsthe Chinese teachers to take the corresponding adjustment strategy, so as to design theteaching strategy toward the better direction which is good for the Chinese learnerswho are learning in non-target language environment.The TCFL design, to some extent, is a planning program, which can be used forChinese language teaching in practice. Excellent design can greatly improve theefficiency of teaching in class, optimize the teaching effectiveness, so as to achieve theultimate goal in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language—the Chinese learners canuse Chinese accurately and appropriately in communication.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the learning environment, learners,learning content and other factors, the author, according to instructional design theory,linguistic theory, the second language teaching theory and learning theory, cognitivepsychology theory and Chinese as a Foreign Language teaching theory and so on,selects lesson30in Chinese tutorial and designs it carefully in this TCFL design. Fromthe design results, this instructional design is significantly different from the generallesson plans in content and form, so this instructional design is different from thesimple lesson plans.Based on “teacher-led, student-centered” teaching principles, according to thecurrent level of the elementary Chinese learners in Thailand, the whole teaching designis done for the students’ actual learning needs. Whether it is the teacher-studentinteraction, or group activities, the author always implements the “student-centered”teaching principles and mobilizes the students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learningChinese.The papers is divided into four chapter:Chapter1, instruction: clarify the reasons and the meaning of this topic, whichmainly describes the current status of TCFL design guided by the instructional design.Chapter2, TCFL design: level, basis, characteristics. This chapter introduces the relevant content of the TCFL design targetedly, and fully reflects its value.Chapter3, the instructional design of I have been here for more than two months.It covers all the important teaching information of lesson30, including the analysis ofteaching, teaching strategies design and teaching evaluation. Meanwhile, I designs thelesson carefully and comprehensively and clarifies the reasons for this design.Chapter4, summary. It gives a more comprehensive summary and shows theinnovation of this paper. Lastly, it points out the shortcoming of the paper.
