| Listening is an important part of international Chinese teaching and an indispensable skill for any language learning.Students’ understanding and mastery of vocabulary and text is one of the important ways to improve their listening ability.But in the current listening class,there are still some problems in the teaching of vocabulary and text.In terms of vocabulary,the traditional mechanical teaching method generally presents new words in a linear way,and achieves the purpose of memory through repeated training.However,there is no obvious correlation between these new words,and it is difficult for students to quickly grasp the new words.In terms of text,some teachers ignore the importance of text in improving listening and speaking ability,and only let students read the text roughly after listening,or even skip the text explanation link directly.The lack of the "output" link is not conducive to students’ listening.The development of speaking ability.This paper attempts to use the concept map to design the teaching of elementary Chinese listening class,aiming to explore a more efficient teaching method of listening class.Concept map is a comprehension-based learning tool.Using concept map can effectively solve the problems existing in the current elementary Chinese listening class,and can help students to quickly memorize vocabulary,understand and repeat texts.This study takes the students of Class B1 of the Zhejiang University of Science and Technology language class as the research object.After comprehensively examining the basic situation of the learners,learning environment,learning needs,learning tasks and other elements during the preliminary practice period,the learners and teachers are analyzed in depth through interviews.Based on the data,combined with the Smith-Regan teaching design model,it is carried out from the analysis stage,the strategy stage and the evaluation stage,and the concept map is applied to the teaching design of the elementary Chinese listening class.Studies have shown that by using concept maps,teachers can reasonably arrange the proportion of vocabulary in listening teaching,help students to strengthen the connection between concepts in the brain,deepen their understanding of words,and also help students properly handle listening text materials and repeat the text smoothly.content,improve students’ expression ability,and lay the foundation for daily communication in Chinese.The research believes that the use of concept maps cannot be achieved overnight.Students need a process from learning and understanding concept maps to using concept maps,and finally achieve the purpose of using concept maps as auxiliary tools in the whole Chinese learning. |
