Classroom management problems,accompanied by the birth of the classroom teaching system,Western scholars first concerned about and carried out a lot of research,which is more famous with the theory of Kuling,Galton theory,Kande theory,Drex theory and Glaxer theory.At present,the classroom management of Chinese as a foreign language still has many problems,but the domestic research started late,there are still many deficiencies in this area.In this paper,the Chinese teachers as the starting point and the foothold,combined with non-target language environment in the typical case of Chinese classroom management behavior,the main use of literature research,participation in observation,interviews,case analysis and comparative analysis of the study.This paper makes a comparative study on the basic situation of Chinese teachers and Chinese teachers in the non-target language environment,analyzes the similarities and differences between the assignment of Chinese teachers and local Chinese teachers,and puts forward their personal views.This paper summarizes the main influencing factors of Chinese teachers' classroom management in the non-target language environment,and puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestions for the Chinese teachers and the local Chinese teachers.The results show that the main factors influencing the classroom management of Chinese teachers in the non-target language environment are the lack of the infrastructure,the lack of teaching materials,the isolation of teaching methods,the restriction of language factors,the restriction of ideas,the characteristics of students' learning and behavior constraints,teacher management ability.In addition,the first language,teaching experience,personal charm,professional,Chinese level,teaching content and teaching skills of Chinese teachers have also had some influence on the classroom management of Chinese teachers.And the influencing factors of classroom management of two kinds of Chinese teachers are different.
