Time management disposition canbe divided into three aspects: sense of time value, perspective ontime control and time efficiency. A research has been surveyed onthe basis of the current situation on junior high school students incountryside, and it will be carried out the promotive research isgroup psychological guidance of time management disposition soas to improve students’management ability and academicperformance .The author applies Adolescence Time Management DispositionInventory in research , and studies time management dispositionamong junior Two students in ShanXi province countryside. InresearchⅡ, author chooses two natural classes, and one of classesis regarded as comparative class, the other as empirical class.There are 46 students in each class. Using Group Guidance of TimeManagement Disposition designed by the author of the paper, theGroup Guidance was carried out to the empirical class half of ayear .The conclusion as follows:The countryside Junior students exist obvious difference on gender in Time Management Disposition.The countryside junior students’Time Management Dispositionis closely related to academic performance. The stronger thestudents have time management ability, the higher the studentsacquire academic performance.Achieved effect in group counseling of time managementdisposition for countryside junior students, the students of differentacademic levels exist difference. And with the improvement ofacademic, the total scores of time management disposition, senseof time value, perspective on time control and time efficiency alsofollow it. The time management disposition level influences thestudents’academic performance.
