Primary Study Of The Effect Of College Students' Self-confident On Time Management Disposition

As an important element of personality configuration,self-confident plays significant role on psychological function and development.Many other personality characteristics and behavior will be affected without self-confident,including activity adoption,time management,etc,while the relation between self-confident and time management still not be regarded.The present study tried to study the relationship between college students' self-confident and time management disposition with the methods of literature analysis and correlation study.Self-confident is a related steady personality characteristics,which refers to the degree of self affirmance, and positive cognition and estimation of self capability and value.Time management is the significant embodiment of time personality difference.The study of relationship between selfconfident and time management disposition made for further apprehension of essence connection of the two personality characteristics,and played an important role on advancing the efficiency of selfconfident and time management.The present study had the following conclusions:1.College students' self-confident,definition of self-confident,and time management were above generic level.There was subject difference on time management and other three dimensions, science students were significant higher than arts students;the male were significant higher than the female on self-confident and the definition of self-confident.2.College students' self-confident and definition of self-confident had significant correlation with time management and its three dimensions.Score of high self-confident group was significant higher than the low on time management and its three dimensions,and score of high definition of self-confident group was significant higher than the low on time management and time efficiency.In conclusion,college students' self-confident and definition of self-confident were related with time management and its three dimensions,and self-confident could do prediction on time management disposition on some degree,which would help to prove time management disposition by self-confident,and probe self-confident by time management disposition.
