Although adhering to the traditional song, it still hadinnovation spirit in his painting.The first part of this paper discusses the relationship between theteacher of Chen hongshou, painting idea and painting style, andshows the status of the painting of Chen hongshou and hisachievement. Among these, his unusual painting aesthetic conceptdetermines his unique painting style. The second part mainly explainsChen hongshou’s style of painting evolution, that is, " paintings intothree habitats ".
