Therapeutic Effect Of Self-made "Wuweifutiegao(WFTG)" On Prostatodynia(PD)

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of self-made"Wuweifutie-gao (WFTG)" on PD.Method:Sixty cases of patients with PD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random digits table method,30 cases every group. The treatment group treated with WFTG, control group treated with Wild Chrysanthemum Bolt. Using four weeks as a course of treatment, and two courses of treatment for two groups. Before and after treatment, flow rate of urine was determined in two groups; the NIH-CPSI in two groups was determined prior to treatment, after treatment for 4 weeks and treatment end. All these data in two groups were made statistical analysis, to contrast synthetic effects of two groups.Result:(1) Comparison of average flow rate of urine before and after treatment in treatment group, there was high significant difference (P<0.01); Comparison of it in control group, so was it. There wasn’t obvious difference on average flow rate of urine in two groups before treatment (P>0.05); there was obvious difference on largest flow rate of urine in two groups after treatment (P<0.05);(2) After treatment 4 weeks, comparison of synthetic effects between two groups, there were obvious difference (P<0.05);(3) After treatment 8 weeks, comparison of synthetic effects between two groups, there were obvious difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:All two groups can improve urination symptom, after treatment, the largest and average flow rate of urine all advance obviously too, but it was more obvious in treatment group, with higher value than control group; after treatment 4 weeks, the synthetic effect of treatment group is already better than that of control group, after treatment 8 weeks, its superiority is more obvious. The synthetic effect of treatment group is better than control group. That self-made WFTG treat PD ensure the advanced and scientific nature of topic, it is not only a summarization for clinical experience, but also a new try for treatment of PD, which supplies a new concept for treatment of PD in future.
