The Clinical Study Of Knee Osteoarthirtis Treated By Acupuncture Combination With TDP Therapy

[Objective]: To discuss the Clinical efficacy of acupuncturecombined with TDP Therapy treatment on osteoarthritis of theknee,and to explore its mechanism of action. provide clinicalevidence so that the treatment can be widely promoted in theclinical.[Method]:According to the principle of randomized clinical trials,the patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided intotreatment and control groups, Treatment group,30cases, treatmentwith acupuncture combined with TDP Therapy. Control group of30patients, using simple acupuncture treatment. The treatment groupand the control group used the same Methods of Selecting Points,each time the acupoints selected3-4main points, and with the1-2Point Compatibility, of which the main points to take Xuehai point,liangqiu point neixiyan point、waixiyan point and Yanglingquanpoint.Point Compatibility based on Dialectical theory ofgovernance:①liver and kidney deficiency,Jin Mai Stasis:addingShenshu point, Ququan point.②Spleen and kidney deficiency, wet gointo joints: plus Guan Yuan, Yin Ling Quan point③Liver and kidneydeficiency, phlegm silt hindered: plus Shenshu, Geshu and Hong Leong point. According to the above method to treat one time everyday, ten times for a course of treatment, a total of two coursesof treatment. After two courses, using the three internationallyrecognized ratings tables to evaluate the clinicalefficacy.Symptoms quantified Points tables,Indexes of Severity forOsteoarthritis of the Hip and Knee (Lequesne MG),the westernOntario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis Index（WOMAC ofOA index）. The curative effect of each group was evaluated bynimodipine method for parameter estimation. Namely:（Beforetreatment and after treatment score minus score）/treatment beforescoring x l00%.[Results]: Osteoarthritis of the knee in the treatment group totalefficiency compared to the control group, with significantdifferences (P <0.05), After treatment, Lequesne MG score, WOMACIndex of0A scored significantly improved compared withpre-treatment, Treatment group is better than that of control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the symptoms quantitative scores havesignificantly improved before treatment in the two groups,buttreatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05).At the same time, esymptoms, signs, pain relief in the treatmentgroup were better than the control group.[conclusion]:Acupuncture combined with TDP Therapy has moreadvantages than simple acupuncture in the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis.
