Short-term Observation Of Hydro-acupuncture For Female Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the Hydro-acupuncture lysis treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) clinical efficacy, assessment of Hydro-acupuncture lysis treatment, peel therapy Acupuncture treatment of KOA in clinical effects.Methods:According to the principles of randomized clinical trials, will come from the Fujian Chinese Medicine Chinese Medicine 60 cases of deep church met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients. Acupuncture treatment group to release the water treatment, refer to Zhu Hanzhang "four-step needle" into the needle, and make clear the release for treatment of vertical:vertical needle:the needle into a 90 angle with the skin, rapid needle, directly to the lower fascia. Withdrawing injection:needle therapy to reach treatment site, the Withdrawing detect any return liquid to prevent straying into blood vessels, articular cavity. Vertical line to clear the release:the needle parallel to the direction along the blood vessels, longitudinal separation, release, and the injection of liquid, to improve the local adhesion and ease local tensions, release 3～6 per hole, the needle under the loose when a dynamic needle. Water release after acupuncture needle with a Band-Aid laminates,2 times per week.30 patients treated with acupuncture to be simple, take the affected side:knee eyes, crane top and bottom patella (knees between the eyes), a sea of blood, Liang Qiu, Yang Ling Quan, Zusanli. Strict disinfection, be conventional acupuncture therapy. In the treatment 4 weeks before treatment and the use of patient self-rating scale WOMAC, SF 36 and serum E2 were assessed and efficacy of comprehensive evaluation.Result:(1) 2 groups of patients before treatment of the score and E2 was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. (2) 4weeks after treatment,2 groups before and after treatment, after treatment, WOMAC and SF 36 scores were better than before treatment (P <0.05), two groups of measures are effective in both groups before and after treatment showed no significant difference in E2. (3) 4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group WOMC score and SF 36 score than the control group (P<0.05). (4) in the treatment group after 4 weeks the total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group was 73.33% effective, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Hydro-acupuncture lysis treatment of KOA effect is significant, indeed can play a swelling pain, improve joint function of knee.
