| Objective：By observing the clinical curative effects，effects underthe electronic gastroscope， pathological effects and Hpclearance rates of oral Chaixiatiaozhong Decoction on thepatient with internal stasis of dampness and heat type ofchronic superficial gastritis， to explore the safety andefficacy of Chaixiatiaozhong Decoction，and to provide basisfor further clinical experience promotion and application offamous specialist of chinese medicine.Methods：1.The60patients were diagnosed of CSG by electronicgastroscope and pathological examination，who were from March2012to September2012at the TCM experts outpatient servicein Wuhan Integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital.Theparticipants were randomly divided into control group(30cases)and treatment group(30cases). The two groups were nosignificant differences in terms of age, gender, course ofdisease, state of illnesses，so they were comparable (P>0.05).2. The patients in the treatment group daily took oralChaixiatiaozhong Decoction.Taking methods: twice a day at halfan hour before breakfast and supper. Hp negative patients inthe control group were given Omeprazole Capsules (20mg) once a day. Hp positive patients in the control group were givenOmeprazole Capsules twice a day，Clarithromycin Capsules (500mg)twice a day and Metronidazole Tablets twice a day for two weeks.3.Statistical analysis methods: Data was analysed by SPSS13.0statistical software. Level data was used by the RiditAnalysis,count data was used by the X2Test,while measurementdata was used by the T Test.Results：1．Efficacy of electronic gastroscope:In the treatmentgroup,8cases were cured,10cases were remarkable，8cases wereeffective,4cases were ineffective, the total effective ratewas86.67%. When come to control group,the data were12,8,7,3respectively, the total effective rate was90.00%. There wasno difference (P>0.05) between the two groups afterstatistical analysis.These illustrated that there was nodifference about the rate of effects under the electronicgastroscope between the treatment group and the control group.2.Efficacy of pathological inflammation: In the treatmentgroup,7cases were cured,11cases were remarkable，8cases wereeffective,6cases were ineffective, the total effective ratewas80.00%. When come to control group,the data were8,9,6,7respectively, the total effective rate was76.67%. There wasno difference (P>0.05) between the two groups afterstatistical analysis.These illustrated that there was nodifference about the rate of pathological inflammationimprovement between the treatment group and the control group.3. Efficacy of Hp clearance rate:The rate of the treatmentgroup was73.91%,while the rate of the control group was86.36%.There was no difference (P>0.05) between the two groups about after statistical analysis.These illustrated that there was nodifference about Hp clearance rate between the treatment groupand the control group.4．Efficacy of TCM symptoms: In the treatment group,17caseswere cured,7cases were remarkable,5cases were effective,1cases were ineffective. When come to control group,the datawere10,9,5,6respectively.The clinical cure rates of thetreatment and control group were56.67%and33.33%,while thetotal effective rates of the treatment and control group were96.67%and76.33%.There was significant difference (P<0.05)between the two groups after statistical analysis.Theseillustrated that oral Chaixiatiaozhong Decoction couldsignificantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms.5. The rate of disappearance of the common symptoms andoverall remission: There was no comparable about the clinicalsymptoms between the treatment group and the control groupbefore treatment (P>0.05).But after treatment,there wassignificant difference about the improvement of symptoms. Inthe symptoms improvement of gastral cavity hot and pain,epigastric and abdominal distension, dizziness and heavy body，burning anal，yellow and greasy coating of the tongue, thetreatment group was better than the control group and there weresignificant differences(P<O.05). In the symptoms improvementof eating less and poor appetite, gastric discomfort，dry andslimy mouth, the treatment group was better than the controlgroup,but there was no significant differences. Theseillustrated that oral Chaixiatiaozhong Decoction couldeffectively alleviate symptoms of CSG patients,and couldimprove the mental condition. Conclution：Chaixiatiaozhong Decoction was Professor Xie Peilin，sefficiently reliable prescription based on years of clinicalexperience. Clinical studies have shown that ChaixiatiaozhongDecoction could effectively eliminate and improve clinicalsymptoms，the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms was betterthan the control group.But there was no difference of theeffects under the electronic gastroscope， pathologicaleffects and Hp clearance rates.Oral Chaixiatiaozhong Decoctionwas efficient prescription on treatment of CSG. |
