| Objective:Base on contrastive research of random medical case, this clinical trial intends to discuss the clinical efficacy of the herbal extract of xinkai kujiang decoction treating chronic superficial gastritis patients.Method:·Select80cases of deficiency of type cold-heat complicated syndrome and diagnosed chronic pharyngitis. Then randomly divide them into two groups as control group and trial group every40cases. The control group gives Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules treatment, the treatment group gives ntegrated Herbal extract decoction. Observe both groups of patients after total curative effect, treatment of TCM clinical symptoms and main points, and the safety before and after8weeks and1year.Result:1, TCM syndrome’s effectiveness:the effective power is75%in treatment and80%in control after8weeks, it definitely had no significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).2, TCM syndrome’s total score:after8weeks the TCM syndrome’s total score of two group is decreased after treatment, it was also significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome’s total score of control group is decreased more clearly than trial group, meant control group was superior than trial group in ameliorate TCM syndrome’s total score. After lyear the TCM syndrome’s total score of trail group is little change compared to after8weeks treatment, it was also significant (P<0.05). But the TCM syndrome’s total score of control group is significant increased(P<0.05), meant trial group was superior than control group in ameliorate TCM syndrome’s total score, meant the effectiveness of trial group last longer than control group.3, TCM syndrome’s monomial score:after8weeks, the total score of5syndromes as bloating stomach in pharynges etc are all decreased after treatment, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The stomachache score had decreased but there were no statistic significance (P>0.05), meant the improvement of stomachache is not obvious. The score of syndromes of control group such as bloating, stomachache, borborygmus, gastric acid reflux, belching, in pharynges are all decreased after treatment, the differences are significant (P<0.05), but the score of dry mouth and anorexia had improved(P<0.05), meant after8weeks treatment dry mouth and anorexia is heavier in the control group, but the improvements of stomachache and gastric acid reflux are better than trial group. after lyear, the total score of6syndromes are all decreased in trial group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). In control group, the score of bloating, stomachache, borborygmus, gastric acid reflux, belching had decreased, but the degree is worse than trial group(P<0.05). And the score of dry mouth and anorexia had some decreased but there were no statistic significance, meant the improvement of dry mouth and anorexia are not obvious.4, quality of life score:The trial group compared quality of life score significantly improved in energy, sleep, appetite, defecation (P<0.05) after8weeks.For control group except for ache had no obvious improvement. After lyear, the score of quality of life has little change compare with8weeks in trial group (P<0.05).In the control group the score of pain compare with8weeks significantly increase, other aspects have little change (P<0.05).5, The safety, lost return visit situation, had no abnormal in blood analysis and the function of kidney and.liver. There were6patients quitted of of individual reason.Conclusion: Although the herbal extract decoction of Xinkai kujiang method had lesseffect treating chronic superficial gastritis patients with cold-heat complicated syndrome compared with Oeprazole in initial treatment. But the long-term effect is much better than the western medicine group, it can reduce the recurernce rate and improve quality of life with no side effects, he herbal extract decoction convenient to carry, taste good, lasting effect. Also it can improve the general health, reventing and curing disease, it is one of the important mean to preventive disease. |
