| Objective:In order to observe clinical efficacy in treating functional diarrhea after esophageal cancer of the spleen deficiency and depression of qi by buzhong yiqi decotion.Methods:Forty patients with postoperative diarrhea of esophageal cancer were selected from the outpatient department of cardiothoracic surgery of Jiangsu Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 20 patients.The treatment group with buzhong yiqi decoction as the basic prescription,according to different patients plus or minus.The patients in the control group were given montmorillonite powder.The patients in both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups and the clinical effective rate were observed.Using SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software to evaluate the condition improvement comparing two groups of treatment course.Results:After treatment,comparison of two groups,the treatment group was obviously superior in improving the patients' stool frequency,stool shape,abdominal distension,anorexia,lack of qi and fatigue(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 90 in the treatment group and 65 in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that buzhong yiqi decoction was effective in treating functional diarrhea syndrome of spleen deficiency and midqi depression after esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Statistics show that the treatment of functional diarrhea after esophagus cancer,the two groups were effective,but the treatment group is better than the control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of functional diarrhea syndrome after esophageal cancer is better than the control group.In improving the main symptoms and secondary symptoms,the treatmentl group is better than the control group,worthy of clinical application. |
