Study On The Efficacy Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Biofeedback In The Treatment Of Constipation In Perineal Descent Syndrome

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback in the treatment of constipation of perineal descending syndrome Material and method: Sixty-four patients with descending perineum syndrome(DPS)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the control group(32 cases)were treated with Maren pills orally for 4 weeks.Thirty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction orally,combined with biofeedback therapy,combined therapy for the first 2 weeks,and supplemented with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for 2weeks.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were100%,90.62%,the total score of symptoms after treatment was P<0.05,which was significantly different and statistically significant.After treatment,the muscle strength and maximum contractility were compared with P<0.05,which was statistically significant.After treatment,Defecation angiography(DFG)showed a significant difference in the distance between the anal and the anal distance of P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback therapy for patients with constipation of perineal descent syndrome is effective,and has significant advantages in improving patients' clinical symptoms,muscle maintenance time,muscle contraction frequency,maximum contraction force and anal distance.The patient's constipation symptoms significantly improve the cure rate and total efficiency.Its clinical comprehensive efficacy is significantly better than the treatment with Ma Ren Pill.
