Objective：chronic urinary tract infection is a common clinical, frequently-occurringdisease, has the characteristics of refractory, persistent, seriously endanger people’s health.Although the antibacterial drug development, but the incidence and recurrence rate ofchronic urinary tract infection were not significantly decreased, while the side effects anddrug resistance caused by the antibiotic problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Clinical observations indicating that modern, traditional Chinese medicine treatment ofchronic urinary tract infection has good curative effect, side effects can be reduced orantibiotics, improve the quality of life of patients, the traditional Chinese medicine in thetreatment of chronic urinary tract infection have wide application prospect.Therefore, we use can eliminate chronic urinary tract infection in patients withinflammatory factor and regulating the immune function effect of Ziyin Tonglin Decoctionby randomized control study, the parameters related to the disease were detected, theclinical curative effect of the treatment of this disease and to reveal its mechanism, to curediseases, prevent the recurrence of purpose.Methods：By using the method of randomized controlled clinical study, chronicurinary tract infection in100patients, randomly divided into Ziyin Tonglin Decoctiontreatment group and levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets control group,50cases in treatmentgroup,50cases in the control group. For4weeks, after the end of treatment, were detectedto judge the curative effect and the index, and statistically analyzed, to summarize theclinical effect of Ziyin Tonglin Decoction. Culture, from the urine quantitativebacteriology urine2-MG, urinary NAG enzyme, serum cystatin C (Cysc), T lymphocytesubsets, immunoglobulin, research with nourishing yin and clearing heat and the role ofZiyin Tonglin Decoction on patients with chronic urinary tract infection clinical efficacyand mechanism of action.Results：1from the age of onset, patients aged44-65years were65cases, accounting for65%;in terms of gender, the female patients with a total of89cases, accounting for89%.2the total clinical efficiency: Ziyin Tonglin Decoction treatment group88%, controlgroup76%.3in the aspects of clinical symptom improvement, the treatment group compared before and after treatment with significant difference (P <0.01); the control group beforeand after medication compared with statistical difference (p<0.05); after treatment betweenthe two groups had significant difference (P <0.01).4In the inflammatory index, the positive rate of white blood cell of patients withabout50%, after treatment with total negative Yin Tong Group was95.83%, control grouptotal conversion rate was87.50%; the positive rate of blood center of granulocytepercentage of about80%, after the drug Ziyin Tonglin Decoction group conversion ratewas92.31%, total negative control group rate of82.50%; in case of CRP, the treatmentgroup compared before and after treatment with significant difference (p<0.01). The treatment group CD3and CD3+CD4+before and after treatment were significantlydifferent (p<0.001), while the control group before and after treatment (p<0.05), compared with thedifference after treatment between the two groups had significant difference (p<0.01); before and aftertreatment in patients with CD3+CD8+, CD3-CD16+CD56+medication were significantly different (P <0.01), while the control group after compared with difference (P <0.05), after treatment between thetwo groups (P <0.05); there are differences before and after CD4\/CD8treatment groups had significantdifference (P <0.01), the control group after treatment compared with no difference (P>0.05), aftertreatment, the treatment group and the control group differences (P <0.05) compared before and aftertreatment; the serum IgG drug with significant difference (p<0.01) before and after treatment, while thecontrol group differences (p<0.05), after treatment between the two groups (p<0.05); differencescompared before and after treatment the serum IgA drug with significant difference (p<0.01), while thecontrol group after treatment compared with no the difference (p>0.05), after treatment between the twogroups had significant difference (p<0.01); compared before and after treatment the serum IgMtreatment had significant difference (p<0.01); control group Before and after treatment compared withno difference (p>0.05), after treatment between the two groups (p<0.05) differences.Conclusion: Ziyin Tonglin Decoction is the effective prescription in treating yindeficiency and dampness-heat syndrome of chronic urinary tract infection, curative effectis good, has the double functions of anti-inflammatory and immune regulation, developingand application prospect.
