Objectives:1A study of recurrent purpura (HSP) and the relationship between food intolerance (Food intolerance) between.2Detection of food-specific IgG antibodies (Food specific IgG) in patients with RHSP diagnosis,treatment value.Method:1. Subjects:Choose from our pediatric hospital ward since January2013to December2013period,consistent diagnostic criteria and the onset of HSP73patients for the experimental group≥2times,the male to female ratio (39/34)1.15: l,aged3-14years,mean age6.35±3.24years. Children were randomly selected in50cases over the same period to a healthy child health checkup as the healthy control group,male to female ratio (30/20)1.5:l,age3-14years,mean age6.67±3.42years. Daily food antibody levels according to the procedures for testing. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of14kinds of daily food sIgG antibody levels in the experimental group,the healthy control group were detected groups of children,in full accordance with procedures for testing kit. Some positive patients randomized dietary intervention,all patients were followed up after three months,recording the efficacy and evaluate the effectiveness。2. Detection methods:3mL blood can be pumped at any time,without having to be fasting before decimation by ant coagulated,1mL of serum after centrifugation,use of the kit for detecting the U.S. BIOMERICA provided (Specific IgG-ELISA),according to the method described in Method ELASA testing to generate a standard curve,using a microplate reader absorbance photometric values,converted into14kinds of common foods antibody concentrations in different concentrations. Statistical methods:Using SPSS20.0software analysis,using the normal distribution of the measured data (mean±standard deviation) said the use of count data expressed as a percentage,χ2test was used to compare the rate of ((percentage rate data compared using the chi-square test),test level P<0.05shows significant difference.RESULTS:1.73patients with HSP,68cases of food found in the experimental group sIgG positive,the positive rate of up to93.15percent,according to the positive rate of food intolerance highest occurrence of milk,Egg white/yellow,shrimp,crab followed. Positive cases accounted for only24percent healthy control group,the total number of cases,according to the occurrence of food intolerance highest positive rate of milk,shrimp,Egg white/yellow,soybeans followed. Food sIgG experimental group was significantly higher positive rate (χ2=62.41,P>0.05),the difference was significant statistically significant difference.2.<7-year-old group and the14-year-old group of children with food sIgG antibody test results:<7-year-old group and the14-year-old group of children with food sIgG positive rate was92.50%(37/40) and93.94%(31respectively/33),there was no significant statistical difference (χ2=0.05,P>0.05).<7-year-old group of children in accordance with Food intolerance positive rate of milk were the highest level of arrangement,Egg white/yellow,shrimp,soy milk is low compared to,14-year-old group of children in accordance with Food intolerance positive rate level were the highest milk,Egg white/yellow,shrimp,crab followed. Comparison of the two groups of children with food intolerance cases,no significant differences between different age groups of children.3. The experimental group of children of different genders food sIgG antibody test results:sIgG positive rate of male and female specific groups of children were89.74%(35/39) and97.06%(33/34),no statistically significant difference (χ2=4.61,P>0.05). Male children in accordance with food intolerance food arrangement were low positive rate of milk,Egg white/yellow,shrimp,crab,female food intolerance in children in accordance with the level of positive rate was milk,shrimp,Egg white/yellow soybeans. 4. The experimental group food slgG antibody test results positive68cases were randomly divided into dietary intervention group (34cases) and non-intervention group (34cases). Follow-up in March,the efficacy of dietary intervention group reached97.06%efficient,not dietary intervention group only76.47%efficiency,a statistically significant difference (χ2=4.61,P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Recurrent HSP-related morbidity and food intolerance. Among them,the highest positive rate of milk,Egg white/yellow,shrimp,crab followed. Children’s food sIgG antibody test results showed that gender,age distribution is independent. According to the test food sIgG antibody test results,diet can significantly improve clinical outcomes in children. Food intolerance testing to discover the cause of recurrence in patients with HSP,prevention,treatment has important significance.
