| Objective:Explore Yin Chen ping wei soup treating infant cytomegalovirushepatitis with jaundice (TCM alpine block type) role, while observing YinChen ping wei soup Tonga Ganciclovir Ganciclovir treatment group andthe control treatment group alone may the adverse reactions.Methods:1Children’s Hospital in Wuhan Integrative inpatient diagnosis of infantcytomegalovirus hepatitis, according to Western medicine clinical typeof jaundice, hepatitis, jaundice fetal medicine disease is identified,Syndromes of alpine block-type children64patients were randomlydivided into two groups.2observed64cases of children with the performance of the traditionalChinese medicine and Western medicine symptoms of clinicalsymptoms and signs. TCM symptoms manifested as yellowing of theskin face, color dull, persistent fever, listlessness, limbs due totemperature, poor appetite, loose stools thin gray color deficienturination, pale, greasy moss. Western medicine clinical symptoms of body skin and sclera jaundice, urine yellow, showed signs of liverenlargement or texture becomes firm, many accompanied by mildswelling of the spleen.3.In all cases randomly divided into the capillaris flat stomach Tongaganciclovir treatment group (treatment group), ganciclovir controltreatment group (control group), the two groups were routinelyganciclovir (induction period:5mg/kg,2times/d intravenously onceevery7-14d; maintenance phase:5mg/kg,1times/d intravenously, once every14days) anti-virus, jaundice, reducing enzyme, protect theliver and other symptomatic treatment; treatment groupon the basis ofthe control group, plus capillaris flat stomach soup treatmentobservation period of8weeks.4.Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment Chinesemedicine symptom score, clinical signs and test scores, liver function,CMV-DNA quantitative, and clinical efficacy, adverse drug reaction.5.Statistical analysis of all clinical data using SPSS17.0softwarepackage for data processing and analysis, count data usingnon-parametric X2test, measurement data using t-test (with normaldistribution) or non-parametric test (not normally distributed). Allmeasurement data are the mean±standard deviation (x±s) form.Results:1.A treatment group than the control group in improving TCM symptoms, clinical signs and liver function in terms of serum total bilirubin (TBIL)drop has a very significant difference (P <0.01); treatment group thanthe control group in serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) decreased, the liver and spleen ribs retraction has significant difference (p <0.05);treatment group than in the control group quantitative CMV-DNA in theblood drop has a very significant difference (P <0.01). 2.Treatment group, the total effective rate (89.7%) was significantlyhigher (79.3%), there are significant differences in efficiency (P <0.05).3.During treatment, the original without gastrointestinal symptoms ofvomiting and diarrhea in children, the treatment group,2patients hadmild diarrhea; compared with the control group2patients had severevomiting,3patients had mild to moderate diarrhea, three cases of thecontrol group patients children two weeks after treatment serum ALTelevations. White blood cell count before and after treatment, theproportion of neutrophils, platelet count and hemoglobin values showedno significant difference, also found no changes in renal function.Conclusion:1.Yin Chen ping wei soup Joint ganciclovir treatment of infantile than asimple CMV hepatitis treated with ganciclovir significant difference inclinical efficacy, effective in promoting functional recovery of liver cells, jaundice subsided, TCM symptoms improved significantly shorten thecourse.2.Yin Chen ping wei soup joint ganciclovir treatment of infants withCMV hepatitis than a simple ganciclovir and also reduce adverse drugeffects... |
