Object:Chronic gastritis(CG)is a common disease of digestive system,because of its high risk of cancer,it is of great significance for prevention and early treatment of chronic gastritis.Improper diet has close correlation with the incidence of chronic gastritis,so by dietary interventions to prevent and delay the disease progress is effective and feasible way of can provide Chronic gastritis is a common disease of the digestive system.Methods:1.By investigating the diet of patients with chronic gastritis,fill out a diet questionnaire to clarify the relationship between chronic gastritis and diet,and optimize and improve the dietary interventions for chronic gastritis.2.Through reviewing and collating the literature,the cold and heat properties of the"medicine and food homologous" drugs were collated,and then the traditional Chinese medicine and food homologous Chinese medicine combination was derived using the data mining method through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Dietary intervention program(generation tea).The dietary intervention program was applied to the clinic,and 30 patients with hepatic-gastric disharmony and spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome chronic non-atrophic gastritis according to the case selection criteria were selected and treated with traditional Chinese medicine and dietary intervention.The diet was observed after the start of the study.The compliance of the protocol was randomly divided into two groups,namely the therapy group and the control group.The course of treatment for both groups was 3 months.By using the MYMOP and the TCM syndrome therapeutic efficacy observation table to statistically analyze the degree of symptom relief of the patients,the curative effect of the dietary intervention program for chronic gastritis was evaluated.Results:1.Results of the correlation between chronic gastritis and diet:553 cases of chronic gastritis were collected in dongzhimen hospital,eastern hospital and wangjing hospital from February 2017 to February 2018.The two most frequent cases of TCM diagnosis were:202 cases of psoriasis and 257 cases of stomach pain.In 553 cases of chronic gastritis,the frequency of dietary factors was 333,and the frequency of emotional factors was 178,which was the factor in the front row.By investigating the dietary preferences of patients,we found that eating raw cold in patients with chronic gastritis is the first risk factor.Eating spicy food,eating sweet food,eating warm food,eating savoury food,drinking,eating Tea coffee and sour foods are risk factors,and the incidence of chronic gastritis has a significant correlation with fast food intake.Eating irregularly,eating leftovers,and eating at ordinary times are also risk factors for the onset of chronic gastritis.In addition,more than half of the 553 patients with chronic gastritis in this survey chose to have a basic understanding of the issues related to healthy diet and understanding of reasonable diet,and they also chose to choose between a healthy diet and a suitable diet.Rarely do this.This shows that the investigation of chronic gastritis patients in the understanding of healthy diet structure and reasonable diet and practice in daily life is still far from enough.In the clinical work,it is still necessary to further the patient's active health mission.2.Formulation of diet plan:Hepato-gastric disharmony 's tea drinking program:dried tangerine 5g,bergamot 5g,rose 5g,fried malt 5g,licorice 3g;Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome's tea drinking program:dandelion 5g,bamboo leaf 5g,Perrin 5g,lotus leaf 5g,licorice 3g.Evaluation of the effect of dietary intervention program on chronic gastritis:After treatment,MYMOP scale scores and TCM symptoms total scores of 60 patients with liver-ogastric disharmony and spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were lower than those before treatment.There was a significant difference within the group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of MYMOP and the total scores of symptoms in the doctors in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).The treatment group was also superior in the improvement of the main symptoms such as fullness or pain in the stomach cramps,fullness or pain in the ribs,burning pain in the stomach cramps,fullness or pain in the abdomen,abdominal pain,body weight,stool stickiness,or stasis(P<0.05).The effective time of the treatment group and the symptom relief time were much faster than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Dietary factors are the main predisposing factors of chronic gastritis,and emotional factors are the second most precipitating factor of chronic gastritis,and their frequency of occurrence increases as the education level of the population increases.Eating cold and spicy foods in dietary factors are two important factors in the occurrence of chronic gastritis.At the same time,eating fast is closely related to the occurrence of chronic gastritis.2.Diet intervention for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis liver and stomach disharmony and spleen and stomach dampness,heat syndrome clinical efficacy is worthy of affirmation,can effectively alleviate the patient's clinical symptoms and shorten the remission time,has a good clinical value.
