| Objectives:Through clinical research, summarizes the Yin anshen decoction treatment of kidney Yin deficiency type before and after the menopause the clinical curative effect of the sleep disorders and to observe TCM Yin anshen decoction on kidney deficiency type before and after the menopause syndrome in patients with sleep disorder of serum level of5-HT in order to investigate the relationship between serum5-HT with the disease, thus for clinical treatment of the disease to provide an effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Research Methods:Through the oral keep Yin sedative soup, analysis and comparison before and after treatment kidney Yin deficiency type menopausal syndromes in patients with sleep disorders of Pittsburgh sleep quality index, kupperman score, TCM symptomatology score, LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), E2(estradiol), serotonin (5-HT) level, to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease and discuss5-HT and the correlation of the disease.Research Results:After treatment, the clinical total effective rate was86.00%, among them not postmenopausal group was93.33%, the postmenopausal group was75.00%, no group curative effect is better than that of menopause menopause (P<0.05); Pittsburgh sleep quality index score was significantly decreased, the significant difference (p<0.05); Home improvement Kupperman rating scale compared with before treatment were significantly decreased, there is significant difference (p<0.05); Patients with FSH was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); Does not change significantly with LH, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05); Patients with E2was increased before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05), E2levels not postmenopausal patients was increased, the menopause patients no significant change; Patients serum5HT levels before treatment the overall level was increased, but without statistical significance (P>0.05); According to5-HT level compared with the extent of the sleep disorder, as the degree of illness aggravating, serum5HT level is on the decline; After treatment in patients with sleep disorders improved significantly, the Yin anshen decoction is all CARDS before and after the treatment of postmenopausal sleep disorder, correction of the neurotransmitter disorders, effective prescription to adjust plant nerve function. All the research object in the study does not appear allergic reaction and side effects.Conclusion:Yin anshen decoction on kidney deficiency type before and after the menopause syndrome in patients with sleep disorders curative effect, can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with sleep, alleviate the uncomfortable symptom other; Can increase E2, reduce FSH and LH level, can increase patients serum5HT level. Thus we speculated that Yin anshen decoction is by improving the ovarian function, increase the secretion of estrogen in the body and correct the patient’s body single amine neurotransmitter disorders, adjust plant nerve function, and to achieve therapeutic effect. |
