| Purpose:In this study,the patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,menopausal syndrome and sleep disorder were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure.To observe the improvement of sleep disorder in patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for clinic.Material and method:From September 2019 to December 2021,a total of 65 patients who met the standards of admittance and discharge were collected in this study,and randomly divided into observation group(auricular acupoint pressing combined with Gennian Anshen Decoction)and control group(Gennian Anshen Decoction),with 33 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.By observing and recording the domestic modified Kupperman Index(KI)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score(PSQI)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the patient’s original data were included in SPSS25.0 version of the statistical software,and the data were statistically calculated and analyzed to determine whether there was statistical significance.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the modified Kupperman total score and the main symptom score in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(p=0.000<0.01)However,the total score of Kupperman and the total score of the main symptoms in the observation group decreased more obviously than that in the control group,p<0.05,which showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group2.Comparison of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score(PSQI score):After treatment,the total score of PSQI and the scores of each component in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,p<0.05;After treatment,there was no significant difference between the Control Group and the Control Group(p=0.071>0.05)in the improvement of sleep time.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving sleep quality,falling asleep time and sleeping time(p value was0.830,0.410,0.110,both>0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P value was0.000,0.011,0.000,0.039respectively),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in the above aspects.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score :After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment.The P value of the two groups was0.000< 0.01 by paired sample t test However,the TCM Syndrome score of the observation group decreased more obviously.The independent sample t test showed that the p value was0.000<0.05,which showed that the observation group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy :For the improvement of Kupperman score,after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was70.00%.After examination,the P value was0.010<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine auricular acupoint group)was better.For the improvement of PSQI score,after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was70.00%.The test showed that the P value was 0.045<0.05,indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group(TCM auricular acupoint group)was better.For the improvement of TCM syndrome score,after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.After examination,the P value was0.031<0.05,indicating that the observation group(TCM auricular acupoint group)had better treatment effect.5.Safety:Before and after treatment,the observation group and the control group patients safety evaluation indexes(routine Hematuria,ECG,liver and kidney function,etc.)were not abnormal,indicating that the two groups are safe and effective treatment.Conclusion:Both auricular point pressing combined with TCM decoction and TCM decoction alone can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sleep disorder of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,but the effect of auricular point pressing combined with TCM decoction is obviously better than that of TCM decoction alone. |
