Clinical Efficacy Of Moxibustion With Salt In Bamboo Circle On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold-damp Stagnation

Objective:To assess the advantage in clinical efficacy of moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle by compare the improvement degree of relevant indicators before and after the treatments of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation by moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle and Tianqitongjing Capsule.Methods:With random contrast,60patients who are comply with the requirements of the topics will be divided into two groups:30cases of experiment group (moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle group) and30cases of control group (Tianqitongjing Capsule group). Then to record and compare the integration of pain and other symptoms which appears in no treatment and the3rd treatment(a total of three courses of treatment) as well as the3rd followed-up(a total of three follow-ups).To assess clinical effect, results are analyzed by SPSS18.0.Result:(1)After three courses of treatment, the integration of pain and other symptoms has been improved significantly in both groups(P<0.01),but there are obvious advantages in experiment group (P<0.01). The experiment group gets a effective rate of100.00%,but the control group gets just86.67%(P<0.05), The rate of recovery and obvious effect of experiment group is83.33%,and the control group gets just46.67%,(P<0.01). It reveals that experiment group has a better recent effect than control group.(2)After three follow-ups, the result of the comparison of the integration of pain and other symptoms shows that the experiment group get a better term effect.(3) The mild patient’s condition of the two groups patients get similar efficacy (P>0.05),but the one with moderate and severe patient’s condition get different efficacy (P<0.05),and the The rate of effective shows that experiment group gets a better effect in moderate and severe patient’s condition than the control group.(4) The clinical efficacy of experiment group has a relation with the duration of the disease (P<0.05), Read from the rate of recovery and obvious effect,it shows that the experiment group gets a extraordinary clinical efficacy for patients who get a disease duration less than five years. Conclusion: Moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle gets a extraordinary clinical efficacy for patients of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation,both the recent effect and term effect of it are better than Tianqitongjing Capsule’s.
