[Objective]To study the relation between the hypersensitive C reaction protein(hsCRP)value and heart rate variability(HRV)[Methods]According to the enrolling standard and removing standard, one hundred patients from the first Hospital of yangzhou from July2009to Feb.2011were divided into two groups:Group A (coronary heart disease patients) and Group B(patients with both coronary heart disease and depression). We collected the hsCRP value and HRVof the two groups, and calculate the significant differences of hs-CRP and HRV between the two groups, and the Relation between hs-CRP and Heart Rate Variability in Group B. All statistical tests were performed with two-sided alternatives and a type Ⅰ error of0.05and with the use of SPSS software(version17.0). All the measurement data was expressed as mean4±tandard deviation(mean±SD) andstudents t test was used to explore statistical significance. Chi-square test was used for analysis of categorical data.[Results]1.The hsCRP value was significantly higher in Group B than those in Group A(P<0.05). and the value of SDNN(Standard deviation of normal to normalintervals), RMSSD(Root meall square of standard deviation) andPNN50(Percentage NN interval deviation greater than50ms) was significantly lower in Group B than those in Group A(P<0.05).2.we analyze the Relation between hs-CRP and Heart Rate Variability in GroupB. We found that The hsCRP value and HRV were negatively relation in CHD with depression. The Correlation coefficient was SDNN(r=-0.635, P<0.05),MSSD (r=-0.800, P<0.05) and PNN50(r=-0.506, P<0.05).[Conclusions]The hsCRP value and HRV were negatively relation in CHD with depression.
