Object:Osteoporosis is middle-aged and elderly people is the most common the whole body bone system disease, its population with the age growth rates rising trend。 Osteoporosis fracture is the most serious consequences, which has high morbidity and mortality rate high to middle-aged and elderly people body and mind health and quality of life of the enormous threat。Osteoporosis and bone fractures to patients, family and social bring heavy burden。For osteoporosis fracture for detailed study, understand the osteoporotic fracture risk factors for osteoporosis and fracture prevention provide important basis, can avoid osteoporosis and its fractures, maximize reduce its to the harm of the old people in。Method:Through the investigation in the west China hospital by DXA diagnosised osteoporosis and X-ray diagnosis of osteoporosis with fracture patients living habits, A total of90index, By Questionnaire Survey, Statistical data using logistic regression analysis, exact probability method or the chi-square analysis.Results:All446valid questionnaires were collected.The recovery rate was100%. Analysing the habits and customs of the446patients, including50males,239females,cases of osteoporosis with fractures and207cases of osteoporosis without fractures, The oldest patient was97year’s old while the youngest was44.The average age was71.45±9.06. Age, sex, professional category,, diet, loose teeth fall off, get up time for osteoporosis fractures with a statistical significance (p<0.05) Conclusion:Osteoporotic fracture in Chengdu is related to age, sex,profession and lifestyle. We advocate getting up early, eating balanced diet and avoiding excessive sports,keeping the health of teeth are very sense.
