Intension:Analyze elderly patients with primary osteoporosis with the risk factors, the TCM syndrome type distribution and the risk of fracture to provide the reference for early prevention and clinical TCM treatment of primary osteoporosis.Method:According to the medical records of epidemiological survey statistics methods, we selected the elderly patients with primary osteoporosis with 310 cases of primary osteoporosis in patients who treatment in the Department of Geriatrics, Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicinecollected, collected the general conditions (including age, gender, nationality, occupation, education level, height, Weight, menopausal age, etc.), lifestyle information (including dietary habits, consumption of dairy products, duration, regular consumption of soy products and fish, have used calcium, bad habits, exercise habits, sunlight conditions, living environment, etc.), medical history And combination therapy (including disease course and treatment of osteoporosis, spontaneous fracture history, family history, other medical history and concomitant medications) through the "observation table of osteoporosis patients , conducted a questionnaire survey and measurement of bone mineral density of patients. Through the relevant standards will primary osteoporosis spleen and kidney deficiency, hepatorenal points in two empty, spleen and kidney deficiency and two blood stasis three kinds of TCM syndrome type, and through the TCM symptoms patients with integral for TCM syndrome differentiation of each type, the statistical analysis of relevant factors.Result:In age, postmenopausal age, body mass index, drink milk, often eating soy products and farms, bad habits, exercise habits, family history are significant in bone mineral density difference (P< 0.05). In drink milk duration, used calcium, sunshine, living environment, merger other hpi BMD no significant differences (P> 0.05). In fracture, spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis two large proportion of (P< 0.05).Conclusions:Age, postmenopausal age, height, weight, less, often do not drink milk consumption of soy and farms, smoking, alcohol consumption, excessive or excessive drinking tea/coffee, lack of exercise, a family history is primary osteoporosis disease risk factors. Two spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most serious primary osteoporosis of TCM syndrome type, and the close relationship with fractures, and reveals the TCM syndrome differentiation with fracture has certain blood in relevance.
