Objective:Through the study of TCM symptoms and related factors of osteoporosis fracture of 45-80-year-old women in Jinan area, this paper provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis fracture with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods:In this paper,a cross-sectional study is used to investigate the middle-aged and old women aged 45-80 in Jinan area by simple random sampling.First, through single factor analysis, some meaningless variables are screened out,and then multi factor analysis is carried out.Result:A total of 516 cases were collected, and the data were collected and reviewed scientifically, and finally 506 cases were included in the questionnaire.According to whether there is brittle fracture,it can be divided into non osteoporosis fracture group and osteoporosis fracture group.1.General data analysis results:height, weight, body mass index(BMI),menarche age, number of pregnancies, history of premature menopause(<45 years old),physical activity and walking time between groups(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;age, fall and working type between groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.TCM symptom data analysis results:lower extremity pain, height shortness, self perspiration, tiredness, forgetfulness, irritability, dizziness, dry eyes, blurred vision, dry mouth, bitter mouth, hair loss, tinnitus and cold limbs group analysis results P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;back pain, hip pain, chilly group analysis results P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;middle Results:hip pain and chills were the risk factors of osteoporosis fracture.3.Analysis results of diet data:there was no significant difference between milk or yogurt, soybean milk, black tea, green tea, coffee and leftovers groups(P>0.05).4.Analysis results of bone mineral density data:there was no statistical significance in the analysis results of lumbar 4 bone mineral density and hip bone mineral density(P>0.05);there was statistical significance in the analysis results of forearm bone mineral density, lumbar total bone mineral density, lumbar 1 bone mineral density, lumbar 2 bone mineral density and lumbar 3 bone mineral density(P<0.05).Conclusion:In general data, the average age of osteoporotic fracture group is older, the proportion of falls within three months is higher, and the proportion of mental workers is higher;in TCM symptom data, the proportion of low back pain, back pain, hip pain and chills in osteoporotic fracture group is higher, meanwhile, hip pain can increase the risk of osteoporotic fracture of middle-aged and old women by 2.763 times, and chills can make middle-aged and old women have bone The risk of osteoporotic fracture increased by 1.742 times;t value in bone density data<-2(forearm bone density, lumbar total bone density, lumbar 1 bone density, lumbar 2 bone density and lumbar 3 bone density):the proportion of osteoporotic fracture in middle-aged and old women increased significantly,-2<T value<-1(forearm bone density, lumbar total bone density, lumbar 1 bone density, lumbar 2 bone density and lumbar 3 bone density):there was no significant difference,t Value ≥-1(BMD of forearm, total BMD of lumbar spine,BMD of lumbar 1,BMD of lumbar 2 and BMD of lumbar 3):the proportion of non osteoporosis fractures in middle-aged and old women was significantly increased. |
