Objective:Based on past use of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and further verify the effectiveness of the Technique,and find the differences of the treatment effect on Obsessive-compulsive Disorder between Meta-cognition Intervention Technique cognitive-behavioral therapyMethods:8Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder clients from Liaoning Normal University Counseling Center were randomly assigned to Meta-cognition Intervention Technique groupand the cognitive-behavioral therapy group.Both groups were arranged in4clients.By analyzing the score of level differences on before treatment and after treatment of the symptom checklist (SCL-90), Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale, and on multi-baseline map, verify the effectiveness of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique.The differences between Meta-cognition Intervention Technique and cognitive-behavioral therapy are analyzed through W-test. They include the duration of treatment, emotional expression in treatment, emotional expression in Obsessive-Compulsive, degree of confidence and initiative to control in Obsessive-Compulsive scenes, the level of controlled.Results:SCL-90scores of clients’on Meta-cognition Intervention Technique group are below the demarcation during or after the intervention.4visitors degree from Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale of the reduction rate was significantly more effective levels are reached,The cognitive-behavioral therapy group, only to reach an effective level.During9months of the visit, visitors’obsessive-compulsive symptoms are not signs of recurrence on metacognitive technical intervention group but,the cognitive-behavioral therapy did. The W-tests in the6items including duration of treatment, emotional expression in treatment, emotional expression in Obsessive-Compulsive, degree of confidence and initiative to control in Obsessive-Compulsive scenes, the level of controlled.differs significantly between Meta-cognition Intervention Technique group and cognitive-behavioral therapy group.Conclusion:The SCL-90, Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale test results were asymptomatic after treatmen by Meta-cognition Intervention Technique,it Indicated that metacognitive intervention is effective in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder, there is hope. Results of W-tests indicate that the duration of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique is much shorter than cognitive-behavioral therapy, client can have a good emotional expression in the treatment and Obsessive-Compulsive scenes, and feel more initiative and confidence satisfaction,and higher level of controlled.
