BackgroundObsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, which is also called Obsessive-compulsive neurosis, is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease of the mental disorders, DSM-IV has divided the Obsessive -Compulsive Disorder into obsessive thought and compulsive behavior. A series of neuropsychological tests have already confirmed that there being damages of the cognitive functions of OCD patients, while the brain electrophysiologic detection is just has turned up the disorder of the cognitive executive function which means it is the cause that has resulted in patients’ obsessive behavoir, Now some scholars have brought up the psychotherapy which is mainly aim at Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder patients’ cognitive-coping therapy(CCT), so it’s very deserved to take a survey and investigation about whether the improvement of the CCT combine with SSRI medicines to the patients’ obsessive symptom could make the level of the Serotonin in the body’s platelet raised.Objective1.OCD patients receive after fluvoxamine medicines’ with CCT on the effect of OCD.2.After OCD patients receiving fluvoxamine combined CCT treatment,is relatively simmple fluvoxamine compared after drug treatment, then observe the changes of its biological indicators;3.Whether the level of the Seroton’ concentration of the platelet in the body would be change after OCD patients has received the CCT treatment.Methods1.According to the diagnostic criteria of the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in 《America diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fourth Edition》, adopt the Y-BOCS and given enrolled which grade is equal or greater than 6, it has incorporating 18 cases of OCD patients totally.2.Adopt the Y-BOCS and evaluate patients’symptom and curative effect after everytime’s psychotherapy mind-cure.3.Test patients’ P300 and eye movement to be the evaluating index of patients’ cognitive functions in the CCT pre-therapy and post-treatment.4.Adopt the ELISA kit to determine the Seroton’ concentration of patients’ platelet in patients’pre-therapy and post-treatment.Results1.The difference of the two groups of the OCD patients’ former Y-BOCS modified Rankin Scale has no statistical significance(P=0.99); After 4 weeks’ treatment, the Y-BOCS grade of the CCT+drugs section has reduced compared with the drugs section, the differences of the two groups’ Y-BOCS grade has statistical significance(P=0.00), there being statistical significance of the drugs section’ t-test and the chi-square test(P=0.00), there being no statistical significance of the CCT+ drugs section’ t-test and the chi-square(2) P300 amplitude:the drugs section and CCT+ drugs section are all reduced compared with control Con before the treatment, the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.62); After 4 weeks’ treatment, the two groups’ amplitudes are all raised than it was before treatment, the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.02), the differences of the drugs sections’ before and after treatment has no statisticial significant(P=0.052), there has statisticial significance of the CCT+ drugs section’ t-test and the chi-square test(P=0.00).3.The variation of the NEF and RSS in the each group’s EEM(1) The variation of the NEF after each group’s treatment:the drugs secion and CCT+ drugs section’s NEF grade are all reduced compared with control Con before the treatment, the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.69); After 4 weeks’ treatment, the two groups’NEF grade are all rised than it was before treatment, the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.27), the differences of the drugs sections’ before and after treatment has statisticial significant(P=0.00), there has statisticial significance of the CCT+ drugs section’t-test and the chi-square test(P=0.00).(2) The drugs secion and CCT+ drugs section’s RSS grade are all reduced compared with Control Con before the treatment, the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.69); After 4 weeks’ treatment, the two groups’RSS grades are all rised than it was before treatment, but the differences has no statistical significant(P=0.27), Though the RSS grade has rised before and after drugs section’treatment, the differences has no statisticial significant(P=0.512), the RSS grade has rised before and after CCT+ drugs section’s treatment, there has statisticial significance(P=0.00).4.The variation of the 5-HT’s concentration in each group’s plasmaThe differences of the 5-HT’s concentration of the OCD patients’ plasma before the treatment compared with Normal Control has statisticial significant(P=0.00); After 4 weeks’CCT treatment, the concentration of the 5-HT in the plasma has been rised than it was before treatment, which has statisticial significant(P=0.00); the difference has statistical significant compared with Control Con(P=0.00).Conclusions1.Use purely Fluvoxamine medicines to cure obsessive compulsive disorder can improve patients’ obsessive symptom.2.Cure the obsessive compulsive disorder with CCT combine with medicines of Fluvoxamine, Y-BOCS modified Rankin Scale, electrophysiology and plasma’ 5-HT result could cnfirmed that patients’obsessive symptom can be more apparently effective by this way than purely improve it by Fluvoxamine medicines.
