Clinical Observation Of Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang Modification To Treat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen)

Objective:By using huang qi jian zhong tang modification treatment of 60 Patients with Chronic fatigue syndrome (deficiency of heart and spleen) of clinical obsrevation,to explore the treatment of heart and spleen of chronic fatigue syndrome to assess the efficacy and safety of functional constipation.Methods:Collect in June 2013-October 2014 in cheng du university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of elderiy outpatient of 60 cases.All cases by clinical diagnosis,type of traditional Chinese medicine for the deficiency of heart and spleen.60 cases were randomly into experiental group and control group in medical order.The experiental group on the basis of foundation treatment combined with huang qi jian zhong tang modification,and the other group also on the basis of foundation treatment combined with gan mai da zao tang, eight weeks in all. Adopt fatigue symptoms,and combining the quantitative rating and the disease relapse(3 months after completion of treatment)of two kinds of examination results,question naire method for treatment of chronic fatigue clinical observation.Results:(1) Two groups of gender,age and other generalin formation statistically no significant difference(P>0.05),were comparable between the group sprompted. (2) The treatment group and control group after the total effective rate of TCM syndrome ecurative effect respectively 93.33% and 76.7%,and between the two group stotal curative effect of TCM syndrome was statistically significant level distribution difference(P< 0.05). Two groups of traditional Chinese medical syndrome curative effect comparison,group significance,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group.(3)The clinical symptom scores of TCM,CFS and FS-14 after treatment were decrease din two groups,between-group differences and group sare before-and-after differences within the statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)The experiental group improving the fatigue,deterioration of memory or attention,muscular pain,sleep disorder and persistent fatigue of CFS is better than that in control group.(5) The disease relapse(3 months after completion of treatment)of two groups are 17.8% and 56.52%,the experiental group is bentter than the other group in control the disease relapse.(6)Safety test indieated the three conventional(stool,blood and urine) and kidney,liver function no abnormality seen after treatment.There were no unpleasant reactions in the process and completion of treatment.Conclusion:Huang qi jian zhong tang modification can obviously impove the symptoms of patients with the type of deficiency of heart and spleen of chronic fatigue syndrome and patients’quality of life,efficacy obvious better than gan mai da zao tang,is safe and effective of the type of deficiency of heart and spleen of chronic fatigue syndrome.
