Data Miniing Of TCM Clinical Treatment And Prescription Regularity About Cough In Children

Objective:The article retrospectively analyzed the development of domestic medicine in treating children with cough by analyzing indexes such as treatment mode, train of thought and so on. It analyzed present research condition, TCM treatment laws and relative problem, estimated future research trends of TCM treating children with cough, which provide relevant references and train of thought for further study.Methods:This article analyzed the literature data about Chinese medical therapy in children with cough by the methods of bibliometrics. Through relevant literature analysis about the type of research, treatment mode, parting of the dialectical, dialectical prescription drugs, post-party prescription and specific drugs of specific prescription and so forth, literature data were quantitatively analyzed Use statistical software such as word2003and Excel2003to make correspondent forms and to draw the relevant maps.Result:This study involves651literature about children with cough, of which itself contrast literature is246, case reports233and packet control literature97. Analyzed clinical use of drugs used in infantile cough:emergence frequency of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome is up to156times; use of classical prescription in traditional differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome is up to143times, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in type of syndrome is up to more than1250times.Conclusion:Types of literature are mainly the itself contrast literature and case reports, and the group controlled literature is fewer than normal. Treatment mode include internal therapy, external therapy, comprehensive therapy and experimental study with opening the inhibited lung-energy, reducing phlegm and reliving a cough as the main treatment method. At prescription dialectical aspect, due to difference of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome in clinics, correspondent classical prescriptions were used such as Zhisou San, Xingsu San, Sanao decoction, Erchen decoction, Xiaoqinglong decoction in the form of specific prescription with addition and subtraction or as preparations. They are proved to be effective for treatment of children with cough after long-term clinical practice, which provided a reference for the clinical treatment of children with cough.
