The Clinical Observation On Expelling Wind Relieving Spasm And Xuanfei Huatan Method In Treating Infantile Anaphylactic Cough

Objective:Through the observation of clinical research drug in treatment of infantile atopic cough composition to allergic asthma Xuanfei Huatan method, the objective evaluation of its efficacy, for the treatment of allergic cough in children for treatment and effective . prescriptions.Design and method:Will meet randomly divided 85 cases of allergic cough into 2 groups,50 cases in the treatment group, 35 cases in the control group.Treatment group was treated by Chinese herb zhi ma huang 3～5g, xing ren 6～10g, sang bai pi 10-15g, Suzi 6～10g, huang qin 6～10g, da bei 6～10g, zhi zi yuan 6～10g, fa ban xia 6～10g, jiang can 3～6g, gou teng 10～15g, wu gong 1 strip, dai zhe shi10～15g, as the main prescription, one dose daily, plus ketotifen. The control group was given ketotifen treatment of oral salbutamol. Ketotifen:2～ 6 years old,0.5mg each time; 7 to 12 years old, 1mg each time, two times a day, morning and evening to take. Inhalation of budesonide suspension:every time 0.5mg,2 times a day, taken once every 8 hours. The twogroups were 1 weeks for a course of treatment, the curative effects of the 2 groups after 2 courses of statistics.Results:The two group in reducing the main symptom score has curative effect (P<0.05),and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combination between thegroup and the western medicine group with no significant difference (P> 0.05).Two groups of runny nose, cough up phlegm, throat itching, pharyngeal red orderdisorder is improved (P<0.01), and the two groups, no difference in reducingsputum volume reduced pharyngeal itching, pharyngeal symptoms such as redefficacy (P>0.05), in the aspect of improve and alleviate the symptoms, runny nose, the treatment group than in control group (P< 0.05), group in reducing thetotal score of syndromes aspect effect is better than western medicine group with combination of TCM and Western Medicine (P<0.05). The cure rate is 66%, with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical group, the total efficiency of 92%, the cure rate is 37.14%, the total effective rate was 83.33%, the results of analysis showed that, there was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05) overall curative effect. In terms of overall effect, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better thanwestern medicine group.Conclusion:Expelling wind and spasmolysis Xuanfei phlegm treatment of allergic cough in children is safe and effective.
