Research On Syndrome Types And Treatment Using TCM Compound For Treatment Of UC

Objective:Researching the characteristics of syndrome types and TCM compound using drugs and therapies on TCM compound treatment of ulcerative colitis, and then analysing the etiological factor and mechanism of compatibility of medicines on ulcerative colitis. Providing reference of documents for TCM clinical study and research and development of new dugs.Method: Retrieving the total204clinical literatures of the ulcerative colitis in Chinese medicine treatment nearly20years based on the datas of CBM、VIP CNKI,and including256prescriptions of internal treatment and34prescriptions of external therapy. Using Microsoft Access to establish data table, and entrying the "TCM compound analysis" software, and then establishing the database about the prescription of internal treatment and external therapy, and then making statistic analysis for syndrome types、formulating prescription and type of medicine、anchor drug、herb pair.Results:①Characteristic of syndrome types:Refering to22types in the syndrome types of prescription of internal treatment, and in the top5for the syndrome types are large intestinal dampheat, insufficiency of the spleen and liver-yang hyperactivity, the wet gas barrier to eliminate delay and spleen and stomach qi deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and spleen and stomach qi deficiency and large intestinal dampheat. Refering to6types in the syndrome types of the prescription of external therapy, and in the top3for the syndrome types are large intestinal dampheat,dampness-heat and blood stasis and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.(2) Characteristic of medicines:The top10for type of prescription of internal treatment include Tonify deficiency medicine、antipyretic、qi-regulating drug. Astringent medicine、damp-clearing drug、Interior-warming medicinal materials、 diaphoretic、medicinal herbs for activating blood and removing stasis、hemostatic and dampnessdispersing medicine, and the top10for type of the anchor drug of the prescription of internal treatment are gancao、baizhu、dangshe、muxianglian、 baishao、fuling、huangqi、danggui and chenpi, and the common medicines are mainly permutation and combination of anchor drugs. The decoction of shaoyao and gancao、the pill of shenzhu、the pill of baizhu、the decoction of baizhu and fuling、 the pill of xianglian、sijunzi soup and tongxie yaofang decoction are not only the common medicine, but the basic prescription for the prescription of internal treatment on ulcerative colitis; and the top5for type of prescription of external therapy are antipyretic、Tonify deficiency medicine、hemostatic、Astringent medicine、 medicinal herbs for activating blood and removing stasis; The top10of external therapy single medicine are baiji、baitouweng、huanglian、huangbai、kushen、diyu、 huangqi、baijiangcao、wubeizi and gancao. The common medicines are mainly permutation and combination of anchor drugs, and baitouweng decoction are not only the common medicine but the basic prescription for the prescription of external therapy on ulcerative colitis.Conclusion：(1)Large intestinal dampheat and spleen and stomach for qi deficiency are the common syndrome types of ulcerative colitis; It is mainly based on the prescription of internal treatment on TCM treating ulcerative colitis, assisting with the prescription of external therapy, so the syndrome types and recipe and herbs of the prescription of internal treatment are more, of which is mainly mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes.(2) Using herbs on antipyretic、Tonify deficiency activating blood、hemostatic、astringent is the main compatibility law of the ulcerative colitis in Chinese medicine treatment; Because the prescription of internal treatment is using for complex syndrome types, the herbs of qi-regulating、xeransis and Interior-warming are commonly used in them.
