Objective:To study early complications of122cases of test-tubeprematurity,observe therapeutic effect during hospitalization, evaluatetheir early survival ability, and provide theory reference for the choicesof assisted reproductive technique. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted in the clinical data of122test-tube prematurity and183nature prematurity that treated in ourhospital from January in2009to Octobor in2012,including maternalcomplications, birth condition, early complications and therapeuticeffect. The rank sum test and T-test was used to compare the continuousvariables in skewed distribution and ordered categorical variable the chisquare test was used to compare disordered categorical variables. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the twogroup in maternal complications (P﹥0.05), pregnancy inducedhypertension, premature rupture of membrane, placental abruption, placenta praevia, gestational diabetes and cytomegalovirus infection. Inthe comparison of early complications, incidence of RDS wasstatistically higher in the test-tube prematurity group(25.4%) than in thecontrol group(12.0%)(P﹤0.05),in the other early complications oftest-tube group, the incidence rate of neonatal anemia(46.7%)was thehighest than other complications,in descending orde:PDA(28.7%),neonatal sepsis(18.0%), unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia ofnewborn(13.1%),IVH(9.8%),ROP(6.6%), pulmonary hemorrhage(4.1%), NEC(0.8%);meanwhile, the incidence rate of neonatal anemia in thecontrol group was50.3%, in descending orde:PDA (31.7%),neonatalsepsis(19.7%),unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia ofnewborn(16.9%),ROP(9.3%),IVH(8.7%),pulmonary hemorrhage(4.4%),NEC(2.2%),there was no statistically significant difference in thoseearly complication(sP﹥0.05).There were four cases of malformation inthe test-tube group, including cleft lip, hypospadias, choroidal and iriscolobama, dubious chromosomal disorder, and no malformation in thethe control group, incidences of malformation was statistically higher inthe test-tube group(P﹤0.05).Mortility was statistically higher in thetest-tube group(9.0%)(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Test-tube prematurity are more likely to suffer fromRDS;there are higher rates of conginatal malformation in test-tubeprematurity,we should choose assisted reproductive technology morecarefully and enhance gene diagnosis of hereditary disease;there arehigher rates of mortility in test-tube prematurity, even earlymortility;there are worse ability of test-tube prematurity,we shoulddiognosis more cautiously and take more monitoring and hygiene.
