The congenital heart disease is the most common heart disease among thechildren. According to the monitor result of the born defect of China, the morbidity ofChinese congenital heart disease has increased significantly in recent years.90%ofthe patients degenerate rapidly during the infant period. However, most of the diseasecan be cured radically through operation if it can be detected and cured in time andthey can live and work as the normal people do. However, among the rural groups inwhich the poverty problem sharpens, not every family can afford for the cost onoperation. It is the important significance of constructing the harmonious society thatstriving to increase the health care of the children in rural areas and narrowing thehealth gap between the children in urban and rural areas. While realizing the impact factors of children health condition in Chinese rural areas is the preface of effectivelyincreasing the health condition of rural children.The thesis contributes to caring for the poor families with congenital heartdisease children through social work, formulating the service plan through theanalysis and discussion of the particular case in order to further understand the impactfactors of rural children health conditions and the problems.
