Group Work Is Involved In The Study Of Stress Relief In The Care Of Parents Of Children With Congenital Heart Disease

Congenital heart disease(CHD)is the most serious congenital malformation in China,which takes the first place in birth defects.In the process of caring for children,parents bear the burden of daily life,medical care,psychological comfort,etc.,and bear the pressure from physical,mental,economic,social and other aspects.As time goes on,various negative effects caused by the pressures appear,which not only affect the physical and mental health of the parents of the children,but also affect the rehabilitation and growth of the children.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and solve the problem of care pressure of parents of children with congenital heart disease..In this study,parents of children with congenital heart disease in Beijing f hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were deeply investigated in the treatment and care of the hospital.It was found that the pressure of parents' care for children with congenital heart disease was more prominent,so they decided to use the method of group work to practice intervention,relieve the pressure of parents' care,and improve the level of care.According to the stress performance and care needs of parents of sick children found in the survey,this study designed seven group activities to solve the problem.Through group activities,parents of children have effectively mastered the methods of relieving pressure and the knowledge of daily care.With the help of social workers,they have built the network support of social resources,explored their potential,enhanced their confidence in care,and laid a good foundation for better care of children in the future.Finally,this study analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of group work intervention in the stress relief of care for parents of children with congenital heart disease,and puts forward suggestions from three aspects: attaching importance to parents' care needs,improving the professional quality and skills of social workers,and increasing social support.
