Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Hemiplegia After Stroke

Purpose:Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Material and method:23 outpatients in the Department of recovery during the month of December 2014 patients selected for January 2015, Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University Department of rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients, a total of 65 cases, Randomly divided into control group 1 and the control group 2 and the treatment group, in which 42 cases of outpatients, 23 patients in the ward.. The treatment group were based on the < Chinese cerebral blood vessel disease prevention guide > acupuncture treatment for 28 days and on this basis into rehabilitation training for 28 days. The control group 1 patients according to the < Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment guidelines > acupuncture treatment for 28 days, the control group 2 patients with rehabilitation training for 28 days. The calculated before treatment, treatment after 14 days after treatment for 28 days in three groups TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit scores and ADL score.Results:1.Treatment group and control group 1, the treatment group and the control group 2 before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score have significant difference, the treatment group of TCM syndrome score better than the control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05), the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05).2. The treatment group and control group 1, treatment group with the control 2 groups before and after treatment of neural function defect score have significant difference, the treatment group of neural function defect score is better than that of the control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05), the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05).3. The treatment group and the control group, the treatment group and the control group 2 before and after treatment the ability of activities of daily living score have significant difference, the treatment group activities of daily living ability score is better than that of the control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05), the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05).4. The treatment group and the control group, the treatment group and control 2 groups before and after treatment of motion function assessment, there was a significant difference, the treatment group, the movement function scores than the control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05), the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group 1 and control group 2(P < 0.05).5.In the course of the treatment of 5 cases of falling off.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the recovery of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.
